Working hours: 3pm to 9:30pm daily Tuesday to Sunday - Off day Mondays (6 Shifts - 6.5hrs daily)

Monthly Salary R7500-R9 000 depending on experience.

We require a kitchen manager who is capable of managing a team of 6 kitchen brigade, 3 telephone operators and delivery drivers daily. It is a take away kitchen operating Tuesday to Sunday 4pm to 9pm.

The role is a Supervisory position, so leading by example and getting involved is what we believe in, as well as treating everyone with respect.

**Daily duties**:
Opening and Closing of kitchen and store. Checklist control.

Daily operations, checklists, inventory control management, stock ordering, par level control.

Manage team, cleaning roster, duty roster, shift roster

Equipment maintenance management, cleaning, maintenance according to standards.

Food expediting and quality control standards, managing food pass and control kitchen and orders.

Customer satisfaction, maintaining service standards.

Full KPI & metrics attached.

**Contract offered**: 3 Month fixed term contract to be renegotiated for another period (3-months), 2 weeks before the expiry of the initial fixed term contract.

**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R9,000.00 per month
