Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join their team.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Controlling of stock
  • Monthly/Weekly stock take as required by management
  • Par level stock holding & orders placed daily/weekly
  • Managing storeroom/Freezer stock sheet daily
  • Assisting General Manager with kitchen Team Management
  • Controlling stock in kitchen
  • Supervise food Prep and cooking
  • Schedule kitchen staff & shifts
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area

Salary:
R7, R9,000.00 per month
