From social influencers, B2B, strategic partners, publishers, and traditional affiliates, we have them covered. **Responsibilities**:**Key Accountability: Update various types of web-based content - 40%**
- Duty Statement: Upload content to websites: new blogs, ebooks, case studies, infographics, one sheets, events, bylines and PR, and other content types across 4 different Impact websites.
- Duty Statement: Edit of website landing pages across the Impact website, utilising WordPress.
- Duty Statement: Research and image selection for website posts, and basic image editing (cropping, resizing, compressing).
- Duty Statement: Implement on-page SEO by adding links, text formatting, images alt tags, choosing appropriate filenames, meta title and description tags.
- Duty Statement: Upload videos to Wistia and YouTube, add designed video preview image, add title and description as per the SEO checklist.
- Duty Statement: Update copy and image on Impact's client software portal: brief design, upload campaigns, reporting, create short links, write relevant creative copy.

**Key Accountability: Administer workflow of the Web Development, Web Design, and Web Analytics teams - 25%**
- Duty Statement: Administration of task management system for Web Teams by regular status updates on work items.
- Duty Statement: Collaborate with project stakeholders across different time zones based on documented workflow to aid project completion.
- Duty Statement: Monitor project progress and reach out to stakeholders before their deliverables are due based on project plans.
- Duty Statement: Prioritise work for Web Teams based on other Marketing (Content, Events, and Product Marketing) teams' rollout calendars/roadmaps.
- Duty Statement: Scheduling Web teams' meetings and general calendar management.
- Duty Statement: Capture meeting minutes, general note taking and sending reminders to web team members.

**Key Accountability: Support of Web Analytics team - 25%**
- Duty Statement: Setup of organic SEO post tracking of key individual blog or cornerstone blog pages in SEMrush for reporting.
- Duty Statement: Collect Hotjar feedback, prioritize the actions needed and send requests to the appropriate team(s).
- Duty Statement: Weekly Google Data Studio reports review of key metrics for website and social media statistics.

**Key Accountability: Support of Web Design team - 10%**
- Duty Statement: Record keeping of new A/B test variants, which variants perform better and suggest new A/B test variants.
- Duty Statement: Make updates to Design System module library documentation.
- Duty Statement: Review design consistency, brand and accessibility guidelines, cross-browser bugs and device responsive testing.

**Required Skills**:

- Wordpress experience essential
- Comfortable learning new SaaS tools
- Task management system administration (Asana or similar)
- Note taking and documentation management (Google Docs/Slides/sheets
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Interest in utilising technology to solve business problems

**Beneficial**
