**Key Responsibilities**:
**Exceptional Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction by using the We are Egg customer service journey.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand, assess and fulfil customer needs, providing product information about the skincare and makeup recommendations.
- Offer personalized beauty recommendations and advice.
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries
- Create memorable shopping experiences that foster trust-based customer relationships.


**Sales Excellence**:

- Achieve departmental sales goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Go the extra mile to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Encourage add-on purchases and promote ongoing customer loyalty.
- Process POS transactions as needed

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and the latest beauty offerings.
- Assist customers in selecting products that align with their skincare and makeup preferences.
- Have a deep understanding of our cosmetic range.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure merchandise is according to We are Egg merchandising guidelines. The store's visual elements showcase beauty brands' effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing items as needed. Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Handle merchandise returns according to store policy.

**Skincare Expertise**:

- Provide expert skincare guidance, helping customers achieve healthy, radiant skin.
- Curate personalised skincare regimens tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Follow hygiene practices

**Makeup Artistry**:

- Help customers achieve their desired makeup looks for various occasions.
- Follow hygiene practices

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and online, embodying our vision and values.
- Foster a sense of community among customers and colleagues who share a passion for fashion.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or Makeup Artist. Preferably hold a cosmetic qualification.
- Strong grasp of beauty principles and customer service practices.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in English and basic mathematics skills
- Basic skincare and makeup knowledge.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Hands-on POS transaction experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused, with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
- Effective under pressure, with timely complaint-resolution skills.
- Flexible availability for varying shifts.
- Matric certification, a cosmetic qualification, and any tertiary education are advantageous..
