Bloom’s Billing Representatives need to be highly skilled individuals, tasked with collecting missed premiums from Bloom’s clients as well as Retaining upon cancellation requests coming from various departments.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Ensuring high-level sales performance as a representative.**
- Respond to cancellation requests from customers in a timely and professional manner. Investigate the reasons for cancellation and present alternative solutions or offers to retain customers.
- Following up timeously with clients who have previously missed payments and also those who have requested to cancel and ensure that all follow-ups are done as per original agreement with the client.
- Collaborate with customer service or sales teams to provide additional for retentions when necessary.
- Document all interactions and follow-up steps with customers to ensure resolutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and document all changes with Bloom partners.
- Complete retentions with customers as per agreed targets for daily monthly volumes, conversions, and quality assurance (TCF).
- Ensure that all reported retentions are captured as per bloom retention's capture process.

**Self-development and innovation**
- Ensure that all required insurance qualifications are completed within FAIS stipulated timeframes.
- Maintain fit and proper requirements, including CPD points.
- Communicate need / desire of additional training or courses to Team leader.

**Teamwork**
- Forge positive relationship with team members, as well as colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Work together with colleagues for the better of each other and the wider business.
- Ensure that your attitude is always one that is supportive of wider business goals.

**Remuneration**
- Basic: R6 500,00 to R10 500,00 depending on experience and qualifications
- Commission: R12 000,00 to R20 000,00

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- RE5 (24 Months from DOFA)
- Class of business training - Long-term Insurance 1.3 B1 (12 months from DOFA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven by results
- Motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month
