We have an exciting, remote job opportunity for a mid-weight Project Manager at a fast-growing, international tech scale-up offering an easy way for companies to get help with design, social media marketing and web development. The organisation HQ is in Stockholm, and they are looking for a Project Manager to be based in SA to work alongside their Swedish Project Managers. As Project Manager at this fantastic agency, you will play a key role in delivery of their service and in building strong client relationships. This client facing role is a combination of client service and traffic. You will lead multiple design projects and productions at the same time and be responsible for several clients. The organisation’s client base ranges from tech scale-ups to big international brands. We’re looking for someone with experience working with all types of digital collateral and have a good idea on timings of different types of jobs (they don’t do TV/Radio or traditional ATL work). This is not a ‘technical’ project management role.

It is an exciting and fast paced role where you will work closely with clients and a distributed design team that consists of 25 top creatives based all over the world. You will handle daily communication with a number of clients and lead the design process from initial brief to final delivery. The role will include detailing briefs, staffing, quality assurance, sharing feedback with designers, presenting solutions and advisory to clients and follow-up projects and budgets etc.

The role is fully remote. To be able to work closely with their clients and the rest of the Project Management team, time zone wise you will need to be based +- 1 hour from CET. The role is on a contractor basis full-time, and you will be part of a Project Management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a large number of ongoing high-paced creative projects - from initial concept to production
- Be responsible for a number of clients and act as trusted advisor for their branding and design needs
- Develop a deep understanding for each client and their brands
- Guide, discuss and clarify client needs into concise design briefs
- Collaborate with and manage top designers and creatives from various disciplines
- Scope, brief, staff and execute projects making sure we deliver according to our high expectations on quality and fast turnarounds
- Build strong client relationships
- Present output to clients and discuss feedback
- Continuously learn and be part of developing our ways of working.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience from a design or branding agency as a hands-on project manager, producer and/or account manager
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Experience from working with designers and creatives
- Deep understanding of branding and design
- Strong team player and people skills
- Strong internal drive and ability to get things done in a fast pace
- High energy levels
- Curious, kind and proactive.
