WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING WITH US... ‍

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Issue client invoices and track incoming payments.
- Resolve outstanding payments and send collection statements to minimise overdue accounts.
- Update account information and client records

**Accounts Payable**:

- Monitor spending and budgets in line with the agreed process
- Promptly upload all invoices, receipts and other supporting documents onto Dext to enable timely bookkeeping and reconciliation by the outsourced accountant.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, employee payroll and taxes to the Tax Authorities both in the UK and SA by managing all parties involved in the process (outsourced accountants and payroll service providers, directors, etc), in line with the agreed timetable and responsibilities.
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
- Prepare weekly cash flow statements

Financial Planning, Forecasting, Analysis, Management Reporting:

- Prepare monthly business performance reports and analysis, in line with the agreed format and process, for review at monthly management meetings.
- Perform financial evaluation of new and current client engagements using Engagement Costing and Pricing Model
- Support Directors in reviewing and updating revenue and costs plans and forecasts.
- Support Directors in identifying and managing key business performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Perform various financial and non-financial analyses as required
- Support Directors and staff with all finance-related matters, provide regular training where needed
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and training materials, develop new documentation as required
- Support FD and Company directors in new system implementation and various business projects as necessary

**Requirements**:
WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
- Fully or part qualified accountant with a few years’ experience in the finance function.
- Excellent attention to detail, at the same time able to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
- Critical thinking, ability to carry out financial and non-financial analysis based on available data and information.
- Be able to work in changing circumstances, and meet agreed timelines.
- Have the ability to work within a team environment and listen well.
