**Purpose of the job**

A position have arisen in a plastic recycling company in the production and operations division for a **Factory Supervisor** on a permanent position. The company is based in Alberton and is seeking a dynamic individual with relevant experience in recycling of plastic waste (**LDPE** material) from sorting of paper, crushing and palletizing.

The purpose of the job is to;
- Supervise the production line from order levels for raw materials, sorting, crushing and palletising.
- To manage production target.
- Management of factory staff.
- Management of the production shifts, clock time and staff leave

Duties
- To work for the company to assist management in planning production schedules, work shifts, production and distribution.
- Assign workers various shifts within the production line.
- Monitoring Quality of raw materials issued to production.
- Monitoring quality of plastic sorting at the plant.
- Monitoring the quality of finished good plastic pellets (LDPE).
- Approving time sheets of the factory staff.
- Supervising production and factory staff.
- Attending meetings with management providing status updates of the production implementation.
- Liason with the company directors on the production implementation.
- Designing the internal control and work plan for production.

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month
