An exciting role for a Manager - Talent Management who is currently a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA is required to join their dynamic team in Durban

**Description**:
This position is an ideal fit for a Talented leader with a passion for identifying and developing talent in a dynamic environment. To that extent we require an individual who has a keen understanding of human behaviour, organisational dynamics and who through established methods can craft programmes from entry level positions to Executive level, with a focus on building a high-performance culture.

**Management of Assessment Centre**
- Management of assessment battery to suit Talent initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on talent-related matters
- Management of the assessment process
- Monitor and control adherence to respective company policies

**Talent Stream development**
- Manage Talent Streams such as Graduate, & Bursary programme
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver targeted development programs, coaching & training initiatives
- Establish network with key role players to sustain Talent Development Programmes

**Recruitment & Talent Management**
- Sourcing and Screening
- Develop efficient recruitment processes and methodology to support business requirements in terms of Developmental Programmes.
- Vendor Management and development

**Education Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Industrial Psychology or related field
- Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA
- Knowledge of industrial psychology principles, psychometric assessments, and talent development practices
- Project Management Experience
- Familiarity with relevant Human Capital Management systems (advantage)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Management Department (preferable in Management capacity)
