**A client, with a far-reaching footprint in South Africa that delivers on excellence in construction and consulting solutions across all Air-conditioning and Refrigeration sectors is looking for an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to help drive their projects. Your Sound understanding of HVAC systems and the whole process around tendering as well as day-to-day delivery of all commercial aspects of the Project will ensure a successful project scope.**

**Minimum Requirements***:

- **Matric**

- **Tertiary qualification (advantageous)**

- **3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with HVAC is (**NON-NEGOTIABLE)**:

- **Experience on Tender documents is essential**
