- R 15000 - R 20000 Monthly Cost To Company- The Space Curator is responsible for optimising and managing the journey from lead generation to deals closed for a flexible retail product. This includes lead generation, strategy and acquisition of occupiers, sales, day-to-day operations, marketing, engaging with occupiers and ensuring the space is ready for occupiers.
- REQUIREMENTS:

- Matric
- Relevant qualification in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role focusing on generating leads, sales and operations
- Retail shopping centre sales experience preferred

DUTIES:
Lead generation and sales:

- Conduct market research to identify potential occupiers for the retail space
- Promote and market the space
- Implement sales stratgies
- Building, maintain and secure a pipeline of brands to occupy the space
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams

Operations and customer success:

- Finalise letting agreements and all administrative paperwork require for occupiers to occupy space
- Ensure the space is prepared for occupiers arrival
- Support for any operational or technical queries
- First-line support to occupiers
