**Our Client?**

This department is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a group COE, drive business and transformation and provide group-wide digital and data architecture. We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and risk orchestrate for technology across the Company.

**What will you do?**

Provide Solution Architecture Services and deliverables to the Group Office which includes the Company Secretary, Group Human Capital, Risk and Compliance, Market Development and Brand, the Strategy Office, Financial Reporting and Internal Audit-which includes the Company Secretary, Group Human Capital, Risk and Compliance, Market Development and Brand, the Strategy Office, Financial Reporting and Internal Audit.

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Responsible for the design of solution architecture that describes the complete set of components and interfaces that make up the solution as specified by the business requirements for the Group Office.
- Define the solution architectural deliverables in cooperation with the SME’s across relevant enterprise and domain architecture disciplines.
- Assist in the establishment and enforcement of related architectural governance and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Ensure that best practices, standards and guidelines are followed to ensure best solution and architectural design is implemented.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Relevant IT Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualifications

**Knowledge**
- Architectural frameworks, capabilities, disciplines and knowledge about technologies that will support the relevant business areas as described above
- Client/user experience journeys, digital ennoblement capabilities and client centricity
- SDLC and Agile practices
- Understand and have the knowledge to identify NFR’s (non-functional requirements) specific to the solutions
- Integration methods and interpretation
- Knowledge about security and have been exposed to projects that have a security impact
- Basic knowledge and awareness of the POPI legislation and the impact thereof on projects
- Basic knowledge of relevant business areas as described above

**Experience**
- 6-7 years’ experience in system analysis and solution architecture
- Solid experience in Financial/Corporate Governance related solutions
- Solid experience in planning, architectural knowledge and defining the appropriate solution architecture designs
- Solid experience in SAAS solution implementation and the importance of authentication and authorisation of users
- Proven experience in translating IT terminology into business terms
