- **Work to Close Tolerances**: As a Conventional Lathe Operator, you’ll be responsible for machining components with utmost precision, adhering to tolerances as tight as **0.02**.
- **Read and Understand Drawings**: You’ll interpret engineering drawings, translating them into precise machining instructions. Your ability to visualize the end product from technical schematics will be invaluable.
- **Thread Machining**: Operating the lathe, you’ll expertly machine threads using a running steady, even for components up to **700mm** in length. Your skill in thread cutting will be put to the test
- **Measuring Equipment**: Proficiency in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) is essential. Accurate measurements are the backbone of our work.
- **Overtime Willingness**: Our commitment to excellence sometimes requires extra effort. If you’re ready to go the extra mile, we want you on our team.
- **Lathe Machine Mastery**: Your familiarity with lathe machines, including G-code controls, is essential.

A minimum of **3 years** as a Conventional Lathe Operator is required. Your hands-on expertise will be highly valued.

**Fitter and Turner Qualification**: You must be a qualified Fitter and Turner, demonstrating a solid foundation in mechanical engineering.
