Our client requires a suitably qualified and experienced HR Specialist. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management /Industrial Psychology with a minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, within the automotive manufacturing environment is essential. Must have experience in working with integrated HR information systems (Sage), excellent knowledge of Basic Condition of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997), Labour Relation Act, with respective Collective Agreement and Bargaining Councils (MIBCO), MIBCO Main Agreement and BBBEE Legislation.
