Required Qualifications:

- Successful completion of mathematics and accounting courses at either the school or tertiary level.
- Age must be under 26 years old.
- Residency in the surrounding areas of Ballito, Tongaat, Verulam, Phoenix, or Stanger.

Conducting bank reconciliations for cash transactions.

Collaborating and providing support to branches and stores on cashbook-related company procedures.

Escalating unresolved banking issues promptly to the Cashbook manager.

Processing returns, cancellations, allowances, and vouchers.

Entering and reconciling finance payments while investigating any discrepancies.

Handling VAT refund processing.

Investigating creditors and debtors.

Assisting with various administrative tasks within the department.

Demonstrating a general understanding of Company Procedures and Systems.

Processing ad-hoc payments when necessary.

Managing and organizing filing activities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
