- Active Directory and Microsoft Server Experience
- VMware and Hyper V experience

**Job Purpose**:

- To Drive, Assist with Managing, Deliver and plan all specifically assigned IT related tasks of the business. The IT Technician will assist the Systems
Administrator to make sound business choices within their specific department role.

**Remote and on-site support**
- Offer first line and second line remote support
- On-site support when necessary
- Installation of POS and systems
- Manage 3rd party support calls logged with service providers
- Maintenance and management of IT systems, such as, but not limited to:

- Telephones, internet, digital media

**Hardware and Software**

Manage and maintenance current software deployed at JUMBO, such as, but not
limited to:

- Microsoft OS
- Microsoft 365 products
- Pastel Evolution
- Third Party Services and Software

**Configuration and maintenance of hardware, such as, but not limited to**:

- Desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.
- Biometric time and attendance readers

**Infrastructure**
- Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, such as, but not limited to:

- Telecoms, Internet access, digital media, time and attendance
- Provide/implement solutions that benefit the company
- Design and implement internal network infrastructure (LAN)
Maintenance
- Regular store visits to carry out maintenance and audits
- Cable management
- On-site support
- Manage service providers and their respective services

**Training**
- Provide necessary training on IT systems
- Produce and maintain IT systems training material

**Housekeeping**
- Maintain cleanliness in office.

**General**
- Any reasonable tasks assigned by Systems Administrator including and not limited to the
above.
