**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using OPERA PMS.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Provide personalized recommendations and information to guests to enhance their experience.
- Manage group bookings and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with revenue management initiatives to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Reservations Agent in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proficiency in OPERA PMS is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
