Hotel in the Magaliesburg area is looking for a F&B Cost Controller.
- Stock and cost control of food, beverage and operating equipment.
- Calculate F&B cost of sale.
- Maintain appropriate stock rotation and stock levels.
- Compile all relevant reports regarding stock and equipment.
- Plan, organize and manage stock effectively.
- Able to work unsupervised.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ F&B stock control experience
- Matriculant with formal education in Hotel School or Financial institution
- Strong communication skills and must be well organized.
- Good product knowledge and be familiar with relevant suppliers.
- Excel and Plus Point.
- Work shifts.
