The **Engineering Administrator **will primarily provide administrative support for the Engineering department, including word processing, presentation preparation in PowerPoint, database administration in SAP, and calendar maintenance for the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administering Engineering Involvement with Remote and Site Intervention:
Scheduling Remote and Site Interventions.
Generating quotes for Commissioning Assistance.
Following up on payment.
- Administering RMA Costs Recuperation and Spare Holding
Scheduling Site Interventions
Generating quotes for out-of-warranty repair and site intervention costs
Following up on payment
- Administering Training Academy's Training Booking and Billing
Ensuring that bookings are captured and paid for
Ensuring that service providers on the day are booked and paid for
- Bridging the gap between Sales and Engineering wrt tasks/inputs/assistance required from one another.
Scheduling Engineering Involvement as and when required wtr technical input, site assistance, proposal presentations etc.
Administering Project VOs Billing and Payment

**Essential Requirements**:

- Grade 12/Matric.
- A minimum of 2-3 years working as an Engineering Administrator or in a similar role.
- Awareness or knowledge of Engineering, Process and QC environments and terminology is advantageous.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Possess strong technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No Criminal Record.

**Beneficial Requirements**:

- SAP and Shopware is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Experience working on renewable energy projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making. Needs to be able to solve problems and make decisions in the face of ambiguity.
