**About The Role**

This position requires the employee to receive calls from the customers of the clients who will either be seeking to make payment or chase up their holiday tickets prior to departure.
- The agent will need to take payment from the customer and send them out proof of payment.

**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to operate the telephone, phone/headset, keyboard/computer system accurately using the company’s system.
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly in order to effectively communicate with each caller.
- Must be able to read and understand English instructions for each account.
- Must be on time and ready to take calls for every scheduled shift.
- Must be able to efficiently type accurate messages into the system.
- Must display a genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone.
- Must understand and act in accordance with company Core Values and policies.
- Must be able to be flexible with their scheduled hours
- Assist newer agents as needed.

**Requirements**:
Basic Requirements
- Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Demonstrates experience and ability to handle customer calls
- Proficient in the English language.
- knowledge of packaged holidays/ preferably should have worked for TUI.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Experience with a support CRM (ie 8x8, Avaya)
- Experience with Slack, G-suite, other office software
- Google Account
- Google sheets
