**Validate the consistency of all document received and implement the complaints procedure.**

**Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position**:
**1.Coordination of Audit**s**
- Book meetings with auditors from Hannover-Re and Munich-Re
- Prepare spreadsheet of policies required and collate all claims for auditors (including KPMG)
- Organizing and compiling information for auditors
- Liaise with Branches on audit reviews and dates
- Monitor the claims registers and prepare branch audits documents
- Consolidate branch audits reports

**2. Maintain management reports**
- Compile and analyze all reporting for management relating to claims activities.
- Provide inputs on analysis identified from reporting

**3. Perform administration duties for IL Claims Department**
- Do payment of all medical reports from the hospital, GP’s and Specialist
- Sharing of documentation with other insurance company on the risk carried
- Support to Senior Manager on all tasks required
- Manage the Senior Manager diary
- Book meetings on behalf of Senior Manager
- Compile Management reports
- Compile monthly individual statistics (claims finalized, unclaimed benefits, near loss, incorrect payments, complaints received and fraudulent claims)
- Update filling for Senior Manager
- Liaise with Forensic Investigations department o fraudulent claims referred
- Maintain claims drive

**Experience**:

- Reporting experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Power BI (advantage)
