Young, vibrant and fast growing company is seeking to employ an HR Administrator to join their team in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

The HR Administrator will assist the HR Manager with general administration work, which includes but is not limited to:

- Drafting internal documentation (equipment agreements, employment contracts, employment offer letters etc).
- Liaising with IT and Systems to request login credentials for new staff members.
- Assisting with various reports such as EE reporting, Skills Development reporting and reports for management meetings.
- Assisting with arrangements of staff events and staff campaigns.
- Keeping employee files up to date.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Matric
- Must have intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
- Very strong admin skills
- Minimum 1 years' experience within a similar role (HR Assistant or Administrator)
- Reside within close proximity of Northcliff as this position is office based
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)
