- and long-term sales goals and strategies. You may help develop sales scripts and oversee the training of junior sales people. Sales closers may work from an office or may travel to meet with prospective clients.

**Job Summary**

This is a commission-based opportunity.

As a Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by finalizing deals and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, address their concerns, and persuade them to make purchasing decisions. You will work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and engagement to ensure they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, both in person and over the phone, to demonstrate how our offerings meet the needs of potential customers.
- Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively, providing solutions and information to overcome barriers to closing deals.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with potential customers to negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- In-depth knowledge of our products or services and the ability to articulate their value effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: R4 712,37 - R25 310,24 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
