**Role Overview**:
We seek a Global Talent Acquisition Manager capable of serving two distinct yet synergistic organizations. This dual role requires a strategic thinker adept at navigating the complexities of both the private and government sectors. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract and integrate individuals who align with our robust work ethic and core values, positively impacting our growth and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract A-level talent globally, accommodating the remote nature of Ataande & Advisors and the site-specific needs of Uplift Communities.
- Craft clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to diverse roles within both companies.
- Design and implement robust hiring processes that reflect our standards of excellence for both organizations.
- Establish effective onboarding procedures to seamlessly integrate new hires into either the remote or on-site environments.
- Research and set competitive compensation standards aligned with industry benchmarks and specific regional requirements.
- Develop strategies for employee retention, promoting an engaging and motivating workplace environment.
- Manage tasks based on the potential revenue impact and risk considerations for both companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with online recruitment platforms and familiarity with various global job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects across different time zones and settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with teams and leaders from both companies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

**Rate**: 1000-1500/ USD per month based on ability and experience.
**Bonus available for exceeding metrics**:
$5000 if you help us achieve $ 1,100,000 more in new revenue with at least a 50% net profit margin. Additional bonuses are available at 2 million, $5 million, and 10 million levels. Bonuses depend on the impact you contribute to helping us reach these milestones. All levels also require a 50% net profit margin.
Pay: R19 232,29 - R28 848,44 per month
