Aftermarket Intern

Registering and capturing data for all warranty claims via the warranty registration document.
- Creating of warranty route packs for rework warranty items
- Registering warranty claims against respective factories
- Ensuring credits and invoices are dually processed both for internal and factory use.
- Arranging collecting and dispatching of warranty items in tandem with the region personnel
- Uploading of commissioning documents to the relevant factory portals
- Meticulously expediting receiving dates, delivery dates, completion dates of warranty components
- Generation of commercial invoices in tandem with logistics department for transportation of warranty goods.
- Creating OFI’s and capturing data on SheqX with regard to the OFI process.
- Arranging of inspection of returned warranty goods, in tandem with the quality department.
- Liaising with the buying department on supplier warranties and return of set components.
- Capturing of received delivered waybills on SheqX prior to closing off of warranty projects.
- Capturing of weekly warranty meeting minutes and distributing of the minutes and action points.
- Assist in achieving the quickest possible turn around times for warranty related items.
- Ensuring compliance with QMS standards.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum N4 - Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in an admin environment would be advantageous.
- Diligent and meticulous, sense of urgency required.
- Computer Proficiency
- Microsoft Office.
- Strong admin abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
