Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative, deadline-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms in a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, enabling the creation of engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with website management and content updates, enhancing integration between social media and the website.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies.
- Create captivating and visually appealing content for the company and the dealer network.
- Schedule content strategically to optimise reach and engagement.
- Engage with customers on various social media platforms to build and nurture the online community.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media posts, generating monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Produce on-the-ground content through photos and videos for integration into social media campaigns.
- Manage YouTube channel and upload video content regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative social media ideas and campaigns.
- Monitor Dealer network pages throughout the month.
- Brief designers on graphics needed for social media assets.
- Brief in digital agency if something is needed.
- Keeping up with social media trends and competitor activities.
