We are looking to hire a Beauty therapist to provide clients with high-quality service. To succeed you will need
- Stamina; you could be on your feet a lot.
- To enjoy working with a wide range of people.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- To be good at taking details from clients and giving advice.
- The ability to put clients at ease if they feel nervous about any treatments.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Perform beauty treatments to a high standard
- Record details of all treatments taken for each client
- Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
- Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
- Actively participate in training and development programs and maximise opportunities for self development
- To maintain the appropriate attitude and physique to reflect and promote the image of the Salon
- Being attentive to guests
- Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest requests
- Understand and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
- Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the Beauty Salon

**Beauty Therapist Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a beauty therapist, minimum 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty therapy techniques.
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time.
- Detail-orientated and patient.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Beauty therapy: 3 years (preferred)
