Personal Assistant

R5000 - R10 000 basic (depending on experience) + COMMISSION.
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling and booking appointments.
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers.
- Assisting in the preparation of offers, mandates, and other documentation.
- Managing the realtor's schedule and ensuring all appointments are organized efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Proficient and confident over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Reliable transportation for property viewings as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
