**About the role**:
**What you will be doing**:

- **Demonstrate Product Strategy Understanding**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of product strategy and align team goals with the overall product strategy.
- **Roadmap Planning**: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on hardware strategy, certification needs, customer feedback, market research, and business value.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, ensure alignment, and drive successful execution of product initiatives.
- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that product solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Yoco's technical standards.
- **Product Development**: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- **Curiosity to Learn**: Show a strong curiosity to learn about the various certifications, compliance norms, and standards in the payment space.

**About you**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years in a technical product management role.
- **Technical Background**: Strong technical acumen, with a background in software development, engineering, or a related field. Experience working with APIs, payment processing systems, or financial technology is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- **Customer-Centric**: Proven track record of developing customer-centric products and a deep understanding of user experience principles.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
