**Job brief**
In order to assist our finance department, we are seeking an HR and Payroll Assistant.
Maintaining personnel records, administering HR documentation (such as employment records and onboarding instructions), and updating internal databases are among your primary administrative responsibilities, along with overseeing all facets of payroll. Our ideal applicant is proficient in HR and Payroll procedures and capable of handling a variety of administrative responsibilities quickly.
In the end, you ought to be able to guarantee that our HR department helps our workers while abiding by labour regulations.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Respond to inquiries from employees about HR-related matters;
- Keep record of pertinent employee data, such as leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules, would help.
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings.
- Collecting of employee payroll data.
Assist with end to end process of onboarding.
- Assist HR / Payroll Manager with any HR related tasks.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an HR and/or Payroll administrator, administrative assistant, or other relevant position.
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
