**What will we need from you?**
- Responding to high volumes of inbound leads with the aim of moving the guest closer to booking with each interaction.
- Managing all stages of the sales process from qualifying, needs analysis, finding solutions, objection handling, negotiating, and closing.
- Answering questions about different homes, amenities, neighbourhoods, travel distances etc.
- Cold calling/lead generation (all of our leads are inbound).
- Dealing with any in-stay or post-booking customer service issues.
- Drawing up itineraries or contracts.
- Live chat : Chatting to guests, helping them find a home or answer any questions they may have before booking.
- New enquiries, Requests, Declines, Merchant declines.
- Be on call while on phone duty to answer any incoming calls.
- Attend morning meetings to discuss daily deals.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss targets and plans of action.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 Years International Travel Agent Experience.**:

- **London, Paris and Europe geographic / destination knowledge is key.**:

- Knowledge of/travel to other destinations in the US and Europe is an added bonus
- A proven track record in a target driven environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Additional languages an added bonus
- Able to work on public holidays.
- **Must be permitted to work in South Africa.**:

- Must be willing to work weekends with shift patterns including:
Thursday - Monday week (Tuesday/Wednesday weekend)

Friday - Tuesday week (Wednesday/Thursday weekend)

One day off between Tuesday-Thursday, 2nd day off between Friday-Monday)
