A vacancy exists for a
**Training Officer **at our Estcourt branch to join the team.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Grade 12/ Matric
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources will be advantageous.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years as a Training Administrator or Training Officer

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Knowledge of FMCG environment
- Meat processing
- Knowledge in working with SETAs
- Understanding of Skills and Employment Equity Act

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Communication both written and verbal
- Planning and organizing and coordination.
- Training facilitation
- Critical thinking
- Problem Solving

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

**TRAINING PLANNING AND SCHEDULING**
- To draw up the training schedule
- List number of trainings programs to be rolled out
- List number of employees to be trained
- Partner with managers in scheduling required training
- Manage employee training attendance
- Book training facilities and equipment required

**TRAINING FACILITATION**
- Book training room and equipment required
- Manage training stationery, e.g. training manuals, flip charts, pens etc
- Understand your training content
- Engage and manage training conversation and assess understanding and engagement from the audience
- Maintain professionalism and presentation ettiquate at all time
- Note important elements raised by audience to be addressed by management
- Note points and feedback for content update, SOPs updates and any additional required training interventions
- Keep accurate training attendance register for ATR and WSP reporting
- Make sure all applicable employees are trained on new SOP’s or amended SOP’s
- Assist with administering and conducting new employees induction/orientation

**CREATE AND UPDATE TRAINING CONTENT**
- Partner with business in getting information on SOP updates, introduction of new equipments
- Request information about new SOP or new equipment
- Document and prepare learning material are required
- To conduct waste theme meetings and suggestion meetings
- Manage training documents and records
- Partner with SETAs to understand new programs that can benefit business
- Compile and submit workplace skills plans and annual training reports
