**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all ATP/UAT/CAB/Manuals/Memo requests are planned and completed, in-line with agreed SLA's
- Drive the effective handover between CAB, UAT testing and Training as per the agreed procedures.
- Monitor system performance.
- People Management, including performance contracting, review and appraisal.
- Evaluate processes and procedures.
- Supervision, co-ordination and maintenance of infrastructures.
- Provide daily reports and feedback to the manager and other internal and external customers.
- Manage projects.
- Provide service to internal as well as external clients.
- Mapping of new processes and drafting of new documentation.
- Liaise with all departments within Tracker.
- Drive service Excellence.
- Communicate actively and effectively.
- Manage and monitor all tasks relevant to the department.
- Any other related tasks or duties assigned by the Manager.***

**Minimum requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Matric qualification.
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar support environment.
- A Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and self-reliant.
- Attention to detail.
- Technical Insight on all Tracker Products. (Software and Hardware)
- 3 Years of Extensive Product and System knowledge.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
