HARVEST COORDINATOR - Napier, Western Cape

**FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Immediately till December 2023**

DUTIES:

- Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols and standards within designated teams.
- Supervise team of pickers within designated scope Assign T&A Clerks with clocking procedure
- and onboarding of new arrivals.
- Issuing and managing picking equipment within designated scope.
- Assist line management with harvesting the blue berries.
- Completing daily harvest administration Assist line management with performance management of team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience Supervising and people management skills
- Must be quality orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Afrikaans
- Proficiency in Xhosa will be
- advantageous
- Strong organizational skills

**Salary**:
R12 000 CTC per month

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
