GroDirect is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of **Sales and Marketing Agents **to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and marketing. As a **Sales and Marketing Agent,** you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting GroDirect’s products and services to new and existing customers in the field.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Actively promote GroDirect’s products and services to potential customers in your assigned area.
- Generate new sales leads by engaging with prospects and identifying customer needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide information and advice on the company's offerings to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Participate in field marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence to help shape sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**:

- Stay informed about GroDirect’s products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries on the spot.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback on performance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve marketing efforts and product offerings.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn and develop within a sales and marketing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
- **Experience**:

- No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- A confident and outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
