We are seeking an experienced Site Agent a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor, responsible for overseeing a significant residential build for a high end developer. The project is currently in its initial phases and is anticipated to span approximately 2 years in duration. Our client possesses a robust portfolio of projects within the Dublin region and is poised for one of their most active years to date in both Ireland and Mainland Europe. This position is ideal for a Site Agent with a proven track record of successfully delivering substantial building projects. *Please note that GPC will walk you through the whole relocation process from research on cost of living, securing a role, work permit processing and accommodation sourcing assistance.

**Duties**:

- Complete responsibility for project delivery
- Manage the project through all stages from specification development, procurement, design, construction commissioning to handover
- Manage the relationships with design team, subcontractors and utilities for the duration of the project
- Adjoining owners, neighbours, sub-contractors and representatives from local authorities.
- Work closely internally with the commercial department, finance department and technical department
- Ensuring that the Snagging, de-snagging and lock up protocol of all internal fit our works through to Build completion

**Requirements**:

- Degree Qualified (preferred)
- Worked as a Site Agent on large building projects
- Able to manage a team

**Package**:

- Circa €75k-€85k / R1.5Mil - R1.7Mil.
