Compile and manage all fleet motor vehicle licences, Registrations and fines
Managing EToll tags for all feet vehicles
Invoicing
Debtors and Creditors
Sending out Statements
Compile BEE documents for Audit purposes
Experience of problem solving, investigating and resolving queries promptly and effectively
Creating of client job cards
Checking of GRN’s and invoicing after receipt of deliveries
Retrieve monthly reports for management
Compiling quotations for sales representatives and branches
Compiling costings on all tenders
Administration must be maintained
Numerical and analytical skills
Articulate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Team player
Experience and Proficient in using Pastel Version 18, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Invoicing and payment management.
Sending out Monthly statements
Reconciling Monthly fleet statements
Excellent in Administration and filing skills
Excellent in Compiling BEE documentation for Audit purposes.
Reconciling and organising company training for year end Audit
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - English
Must be willing to work after hours / weekend if needed
