As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. Some of their goals may include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation, or more streamlined marketing and sales processes. Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty. Their daily responsibilities may include:

- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- Always work towards those goals
- Optimise web content in order to improve SEO
- Present and train on social media strategies to clients
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Recommend, develop and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

**Experience & Capabilities**
- A minimum of two years of account, client, or customer success management experience essential
- E-commerce marketplace experience is highly advantageous
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing Software
- Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape with a focus on e-commerce advantageous
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and how they form part of the bigger business picture
- Great time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Marketing, Business, or Project Management tertiary education would be advantageous but is not a requirement
- Well-organized and able to keep calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A natural in client relationships and comfortable managing those relationships remotely or in-person
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
