It also includes supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow and project management according to deadlines.

The position involves various office administration tasks such as:
Allocating and managing resources on a daily basis

Managing team members goals and project progress to ensure that targets are met

Compiling weekly, monthly and daily reports that are extracted from the CRM and converting them in excel into various formats

Communication with management and clients on projects and progress and reviewing enhancements to projects

The work is conducted across industries but long term insurance knowledge or experience would be preferable

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
