NUTRI Feeds is one of the leaders in the manufacturing of animal feed in South Africa, we are also a world player and the first choice in animal feeds for pigs, sheep, poultry, dairy and beef cattle. The following position exists at our division in Potchefstroom:
**HR ADMINISTRATOR**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric - Grade 12
- Human Resources qualifications will be advantages.
- Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a culture diverse environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent administrative skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This position requires a dynamic individual who is studying towards a human resources qualification and has at least 2 years relevant experience and knowledge of administration with-in Human Resources.

**Focus areas** will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Handling general office tasks as an Administrator for Nutri Feeds while complying with internal procedures to ensure optimal productivity and confidentiality.
- Successfully facilitating reports and updated sheets for Disciplinary processes.
- Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing outstanding support within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while streamlining administrations and achieving company success.
- Excelling at balancing multiple tasks while providing first-rate administrational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant corporate policies and procedures to provide HR Practitioners with clear efficiency and streamline work ethics.
- Ensure timeous submission of the relevant reports to the applicable HR Practitioner.
