Our client, an established and very busy dealership in the East Rand is seeking to employ a Dealership Experienced Service Advisor that is self-motivated, friendly, and hardworking.

**_ Position: Experienced Dealership Service Advisor _**

**_Salary: Basic Dependant on Experience_**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:?
- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- Senior Certificate.

**SKILLS**:?
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
- Work Independently.
- Take initiative without overstepping boundaries.

**EXPERIENCE**:?
- In a Corporate Dealership - Min 5+ years.
- Dealer Programs: BSI / Evolve / Kerridge / CMS.
- Ford / Mazda Warranty experience.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Must be able to perform various tasks such as:.
- Must be ambitious, energetic, and determined to succeed.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
- Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
- Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
- Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
- Up selling of other products.
- Maintaining a CSI / CVP of 90% and above.
