**Key Deliverables**

The Consultant: Global Talent Solutions will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:
**Strategy Development and Implementation**
- Assist in the creation of the sub-functional strategy in line with the overarching business goals
- Provide input into the effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and roadmaps
- Assist in regular review of the sub-functional strategy and roadmap to ensure its alignment with the changing dynamics of the internal and external ecosystem

**Governance**

Strategic Meetings
- Provide inputs in strategic meetings when required
- Provide inputs into the enterprise wide transformation initiatives when required
- Provide inputs into the risk mitigation and controls
- Perform evaluation baseline of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide input into the preparation of proposal on change initiatives SLA, policies and procedures

Escalations
- Escalate issues that will result in severe time, scope, productivity, and cost or resource impact
- Provide solutions to escalations that have multiple processes / functions impact on critical path of service delivery

Function Tactical
- Provide input into all projects initiated (internal or global)
- Provide input into establishing objectives, targets and budgets for Global Organization, Strategy and Performance Function as applicable
- Identify and document key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions
- Prepare documentation required for sign-off / making decisions regarding tactical changes

Performance
- Ensure execution in alignment with divisional strategy
- Provide input into SLA approval and exception performance review

**Reporting**
- Report on a periodic basis to reporting manager relating to progress made within the sub-function and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation
- Report on an ad hoc basis on specific projects as and when necessary
- Periodically review reports from the Opcos

**Budgets**
- Assist in managing sub-functional budgets in line with overall functional budget and business objectives
- Assist in managing project initiative budgets in line with business objectives

**Operational Delivery**
Support Delivery Management
- Contribute and provide inputs for continuous improvement of talent solutions to ensure global relevance and sustainability
- Identify opportunities for improvements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the function across the organization
- Implementation of Global Talent solutions special projects and initiatives. On-board and develop strong working relationships with Manco Business/Regional Partner and Opco HR teams to ensure its successful execution and delivery thereof
- Provide training and consulting support to Manco Business Partners and Opcos, in order to ensure effective adoption and use of talent solutions and strategies
- Liaise with external suppliers and consultants for outsourcing service provision and contract management
- Support and facilitate organizational growth through internal networking, supporting new business proposals and presentations

Talent Solution Management
- Design, maintenance and cascade of Global Talent Framework and Standards (policies, practices and frameworks)
- Design, maintenance and control of the Global Mobility Framework, Program and Policy
- Provide continuous support to Regional Talent Partners to ensure implementation of the global mobility policy, program and process
- Design, documentation and cascading of the Strategic Talent Acquisition Framework
- Identify and develop the global talent sourcing and channel management strategy across key workforce dimensions (E.g. Top Talent/ Executives / Critical Positions etc.)
- Support Regional/ Manco Business Talent Partners and HR Operations teams in the adoption and implementation of acquisition and branding proposals
- Research, evaluate and recommend opportunities to adopt innovative talent employment models to improve access to global labor markets
- Assist in planning and project management of innovative talent model pilot implementations, in conjunction with the respective Manco Business/Opco and HR Operations teams
- Design and continuous improvement of standardized framework and ‘Top Talent Management Playbook’
- Manage, plan and rollout the delivery plan for Talent Reviews, in conjunction with the respective Manco Business and Regional Talent Partners.
- Manage and coordinate specialized/external evaluations of Top Talent, as deemed appropriate
- Conduct risk assessments and report on exposures and mitigation strategies relating to the ‘Top talent’ pool
- Liaise, seek inputs and develop an integrated succession development plan and cycle, in conjunction with the Global Leadership and Learning Innovation team
