Do you have solid experience using SAP and have handled processing and invoicing of incoming sales orders for a company that supplies consumables to wholesalers?

Our international client in Montague Gardens has an exciting new position in their expanding Cape Town division.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer interaction skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy to uphold the high standards.

This role involves extensive coordination, including liaising with production, organizing job cards, arranging shipping, and managing customer orders to meet strict deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Strong administration background and experience
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of sales administration processes
- Sound decision making and good business judgment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills & experience
- Must have experience working on an ERP system
- Current/recent experience using SAP compulsory
- Own transport preferable

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Internal Sales Orders:

- Answer customer calls, build good relationships and assist with queries
- Process all incoming customer sales orders, customer invoices and credit notes
- Co-ordinate with customers regarding sales orders and the sales team
- Arrange for collection or shipment of customer orders
- Co-ordinate with finance to ensure customers are loaded correctly in ERP system
- Data capture customer details into the companies CRM system
- Support customers with any quality claims and ensure the correct management is notified.

General sales administration:

- Control and manage the filing of PODs (Proof of Delivery)
- Assistance for Production Team
- Co-ordinate with production to produce required products
- Issue production orders to production
- Capturing time entries for production
- Capture production orders once complete

General:

- Control of branch petty cash
- Manage the filing system of all sales and production paperwork
- Dealing with clients with colleagues with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
