**DUTIES**:

- **Schedule and conduct competency based interviews (face-to-face, telephonic, etc.) and obtain references**

- **Remain updated with current affairs and information share**

- **Client Development - source retained search assignments and negotiate fees (in-line with company policy)**

- **Attend all relevant training and industry specific meetings**

- **Contribute towards the overall achievement of company strategy, corporate identity and marketing**

- **Client relationship Management**

- **Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly financial targets**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Tertiary qualification**
***:

- **3-5 years’ working experience within the Recruitment Industry**
***:

- **2 years ideally focused within the Financial Services Sector**
***:

- **Previous recruitment experience within the Investment Sector (advantageous)**
***:

- **Articulate and able to liaise on Executive level with confidence and poise (telephonically, face-to-face, online)**
***:

- **Well groomed & dressed**
***:

- **Well spoken**
***:

- **Own reliable transport and Valid Driver’s License**
***:

- **Meet and exceed targets**
***:

- **Analytical and systematic in overall planning**

- **People’s person with exceptional interpersonal skills**

- **Meticulous and pays great attention to detail**

- **Fully computer literate and comfortable with various online communication platforms**
