Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Summary**

We are a unique boutique international BPO specializing in hardcore sales to the international market situated in Green Point at the doorstep to the V&A Waterfront.

**Job brief**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with senior management to identify staffing needs;
- Determine selection criteria;
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in
- person interviews;
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
- Lead employer branding initiatives;
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department;

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, recruitment databases / portals and professional networks (e.g. Indeed, PNet, LinkedIn);
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations;
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field (a must).

R 8,000.00 to R 12,000.00
