What you’ll do
- Drive Business Growth and customer satisfaction, by working with our Customers and Partners to Build sales opportunities across our portfolio, selling the value of Oracle solutions to the overall ecosystem. Increase our footprint on infrastructure, database, middleware, business intelligence, and big data pillars.
- Promote Oracle Solutions/Products to customers and partners
- Collaborate with our partners to drive sales across our wide tech portfolio
- Develop sales plans, competitive information, and regional success stories
- Drive C-suite engagements, and build lasting relationships
- Use your experience and expertise to become a trusted advisor to our clients
- Close deals, shape proposals and go-to-market campaigns, and win new opportunities
What you’ll bring

- 5+ years of experience in direct software sales to complex/SMB/Large Enterprises
- Experience working with Channel ecosystem
- Proven track record of achievements in the specific market/territory
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended team
- Knowledge of Oracle Solutions and products if preferred
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have a project lead role. Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travels to customer as needed. 5+ years relevant sales experience. BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
