- Manage and advance direct reportees
- Manage Laboratory functions (Validation Testing - New and series projects / Metrology / MSA / Calibration)
- Manage and monitor series suppliers including supplier cost chargeback process
- Manage and co-ordinate PPAP approval from series suppliers
- Quality Reports
- Manage warranty claims.
- Manage SAP QM Module

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Appropriate post graduate degree or equivalent
- Management experience
- Good knowledge of IATF16949 APQP and PPAP processes
- Advanced experience in Quality Engineering, Testing, Metrology, Statistics and Metallurgy
- Auditing Qualification

**Abilities**
- Good organizational and administration ability
- Strong decision-making ability and pro-active approach
- Strong ability to negotiate, motivate and persuade
