Nursing Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide support with mobility, including transfers and assistance with walking

Prepare and serve meals, adhering to clients' dietary needs and preferences

Administer medication and assist with medical appointments

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment

Engage in meaningful social interactions and activities with clients

Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to a supervisor

**Requirements**:
A genuine passion for working with elderly individuals and a commitment to our core values

Resilience and adaptability to cope with the unpredictable UK weather (6 months of cold, rain, and wind)

Long and unsociable hours, weekends

Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years experience in driving and be comfortable driving on busy roads

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided

Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references

**Salary**: R500,000.00 per year
