**Requirements**:

- **_Grade 12_**:

- **_Diploma / Degree in HR will be an advantage_**:

- **_Minimum of 5 years Recruitment experience with a proven Sales record in recruitment inclusive of executive placements_**:

- **_Must be people and sales orientated and have the ability to deal with Executives_**:

- Must have insight in the latest market trends, headhunting techniques and technology
- Experience in overseas appointments will be advantageous.

- Marketing and Sales driven
- Negotiation skills

**Duties**:

- Recruiting across the board on all levels.
- Client liaison
- Headhunting
- Interviewing
- Background screening
- Marketing and Sales of new clients - Consultants with their own client base will have an added benefit
- Ad hoc Administration tasks
