Our client based in a beautiful vineyard. It is an ideal role for someone wanting to gain more experience in a 5* enviroment while working with one of the country's most celebrated chefs.

Minimum requirements
- Four years of restaurant management experience of which at least three in a fine

dining or five-star environment
- Computer literate
- Tertiary education in hotel or hospitality management highly advantageous

Key skills
- Demonstrable staff management skills
- A broad knowledge of various styles of local and international cuisine
- Basic understanding of local wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffee
- Proficiency in inventory management
- High proficiency and adaptability in providing world-class customer experience to a

very broad demographic of guests

Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing the customer

experience
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Operational and consumable stock management
- Staff training
- Daily reporting and liaising between departments
- Assisting lodge managers where necessary

Package/Benefits
- Negotiable

Pay: R16 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- restaurant Management: 3 years (preferred)
